One Greek lemon poppyseed muffin

One egg fried

One cup fruit with one spoon of Greek yogurt

One cup coffee

One huge multi vitamin

One fish oil

Also take other herbs as needed.

Finish all that off with a big glass of water and sometimes even a little glass of juice!
